Thanks to AW and RB :), I have been doing some cross-stitching the past week or two. Recently, I have created the adorable owl and petite ladybug pictured below while listening to The Chronicles of Narnia on cd (Focus on the Family...see here).


     I am showing the backs of the embroidery because I've been thinking. Like a cross-stitch project, our inner thoughts and motives often are not pure like they seem on the outside.
"Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable -- if anything is excellent or praiseworthy -- think about such things." ~Philippians 4:8
     Although the back of embroidery can appear tangled and misshapen, we should remember to meditate on what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable.
